Our Structure
Norris Ward McKinnon has never been a firm to stand still. Following a highly successful period of governance under a CEO-led business model, we recently adopted an Executive Committee model consisting of the Practice Manager and two Partners. The Executive Committee is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm while our Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day governance of the firm's activities. We believe this structure ensures the continued delivery of the highest levels of service to our clients.
Active Associations
We are active members of NZ Law Limited, a nationwide network of independent law firms and adhere closely to the code of practice set out by the Waikato Bay of Plenty District Law Society - which we are also members of. Our experience is unmatched within the region, which can be testified by the extensive backgrounds of our senior management team.

So rather than delivering legal advice that only focuses on the problem, we work to integrate our skills with yours. By operating in this way we are able to provide innovative solutions that really add value.
We prefer to work with our clients to solve problems simply and cost effectively, but we choose to do this through developing understanding and long-term relationships rather than cutting corners which we know will only result in short-term gains.
We realise the importance in consistently meeting our client’s expectations. Not only are we able to provide the technical service our clients require but we place great importance on doing the little things well. This is what sets us apart from the rest.
