Specialist Services
We have wide experience in mediation through the Employment Relations Mediation Service, as well as advocacy in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court. We actively promote alternate dispute resolution where this would be beneficial to you.
In order to help you improve your business, the Employment Team work with you to assess your employment risk and manage this, including ensuring compliance with business and employment legislation. Our newsletter the "Employment Brief" and free seminars are designed to update employers about current employment issues and provide practical advice on how to deal with workplace issues.
