This team is responsible for representing our corporate and business clients who find themselves in dispute.
We offer a range of experience and expertise with all aspects of commercial litigation. In addition to our expe
rience in Courts and Tribunals at all levels, we also provide opinions, comprehensive research services, strategy advice and guidance on alternative dispute resolution procedures. We are able to accept urgent injunction instructions and/or requests to attend to disputes at short notice. We also like to participate in the development of systems and safeguards to ensure our clients' litigation risks are minimised.
Our team has a particular interest in insolvency, company/corporate disputes, environmental/resource management, intellectual property, construction, media/ defamation law and public and administrative law locally, nationally and internationally.
